Backen & Backen designed this private vineyard and winery in St. Helena, California. The Napa Valley Reserve spans 80 acres in the heart of the Napa Valley near Meadowood Resort. Membership is by invitation only. The Reserve encompasses a winery, aging caves, kitchen facility and gardens, all of which are reserved exclusively for members and their guests. Virtually all aspects of membership have an educational component geared to enhancing members’ appreciation of extraordinary wines. Members may attend programs on grape growing, wine making, wine blending, wine packaging, wine tasting, food and wine pairing and culinary arts.
