Located on 20 acres in a meadow, this property offers dramatic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Significant portions of the property were dedicated to a conservation easement preserving the natural beauty of the area for future generations. The modern ranch estate consists of a main house and a guest house / entertainment barn connected by outdoor gathering spaces. The design and materials used throughout the project were chosen with sustainability in mind. The stone was locally sourced, and the wood siding was reclaimed. Furthermore, regenerative site strategies were implemented to address water retention and quality, reforestation and restoring the native landscaping. Landscape by Design Workshop.
